If it is found that the work was not completed as per your scope of works, or is against Australian standard (and we did not receive the clients approval for the alteration to the agreed works) we will repair the area or re-do the work with no service charge. If the area is repaired, or the work is re-done, is at the sole discretion of Superior Sealed. No warrant is valid until payment is made in full.

Warranty Exclusions
Shower Screens (unless re-installed by a professional glazier)
Superior Sealed takes no responsibility for shower screens.
Shower screens require experienced installation from a qualified, licensed tradesperson glazier. As Superior Sealed tradespeople are tilers and waterproofers, any removal or re-installation of a shower screen comes with no warranty, as it is essentially provided free of charge. You are welcome to use a glazier to remove and re-install your screen at additional expense.

Mould (due to lack of ventilation, natural sunlight, regular cleaning and drying out)
It is the owners responsibility to ensure regular cleaning and treating of mould for tiles, grout and silicone. Superior Sealed takes no responsibility for mould that occurs in the area as it has nothing to do with tiles but with maintenance.

Movement & Hairline Cracks
Superior Sealed takes no responsibility for hairline cracks caused by movement.
Cracking or damage caused by structural movement in the building is not covered under warranty as tradespeople do not have control over structural movement, expansion, and weather.
Due to the nature of shower repairs, tiles are essentially “sealed in” to the shower recess – to allow for movement would allow for water to escape. For this reason, it is not possible to warranty cracking caused by structural movement of your building.
